A new single storey studio build at the back of an existing residential property.

This was designed for a young adult to live independently but still connected to the family.

The brief included a kitchenette, an ensuite, a walk-in-robe, bedroom area, work space and lounge.

Our client loves gaming and needed a work desk space but also wanted to have space to have some friends over.

​

By creating the crittall screen to separate the bedroom area from the living area, it helps to zone an open plan living arrangement without closing it in and losing precious natural light.
